World of Warcraft Item Upgrade and Set Bonuses
The item upgrade is an enchantment that boosts the stats of a specific weapons or armor. This includes tertiary statistics like Leech and Speed.
A special item for evolution that allows Porygon to evolve into Porygon2. It is found at Pokestops and Gyms.
Universal upgrades can be applied to any type of equipment, and offer smaller bonuses when compared to other components that are specific to the kind of equipment.
Leveling
The upgrade system allows players to enhance their items by increasing their level. The increase in level also increases the item's "guaranteed" bonuses. Every level upgrade grants bonuses based on the level and boosts the stat by 3. These extras can range from a +1 to +3 bonus to a random buff or debuff.
Each item is limited to a specific amount of upgrades. After an upgrade, the item can still be upgraded to a better-quality product of equal or greater value.
This system is extremely useful for players who wish to acquire gear that has a certain amount of stats before they have the chance to acquire an item that is new. The transfer system allows players to avoid wasting upgrade material and is easy to use.
Upgrade materials are gathered as the player clears their cache of content. They can be used to enhance or replace an item. Each item requires a different type of upgrade material. Weapons require Destruction stones, while armor items require Guardian or Harmony Leapstones. When an item is upgraded, the materials are renamed. For example, Stone Fragments becomes Stones and Harmony Shards becomes Life Shards.
It is important to upgrade item s in order to boost a character's performance. However, it is also important to think about how much this will cost. The cost of upgrading an item could be quite a bit of gold that could be better used to purchase new gear. This is the reason it's recommended to upgrade the most essential items in a given scenario.
This is essentially upgrading the weapon, then the legs, chest and helm. If the player can afford it upgrading trinkets must be done at this point to increase their potential to trigger. For example, a high-end Throne of Thunder trinket may be worth upgrading due to the greater damage it can cause from its procs. Some trinkets, however, are not worth upgrading until they provide an enhancement that is significant to the particular build. This is particularly the case for breakpoint equipment that is used to increase stats like IAS or FHR.
Rerolling
Rerolling is a method that allows players to change the stats of a weapon armor or ring depending on the type of item. It can be used to add new bonuses or replace existing ones. It also alters the power of the base item.
While rerolling can be an effective way to increase your power in the early stages of the game it's not an essential aspect of the game. Once you hit your goal of upgrading to level 6 it's best to roll down and find the most powerful upgrades you can, or save up for the next group of items. This will ensure that you have a strong roster when you reach your level 9 upgrade goal.
The rerolling process is very similar to the system of leveling up. Reroll tokens can be used to remove any one Level Up option from your item and swap it for another. Reroll tokens unlike Level Up do not reset an item's level. This means that, when you reroll an upgraded item, it won't be at the same level, and will not have its bonus.
Players can also use an additional mechanic, Eliminate, to eliminate any level Up option they have on their equipment or weapons. This is useful when you've had a bad gacha result or you want to roll a five-star unit. To do this, you will require a new account or sign up through social media.
In every town, you are able to visit an Occultist to change the attributes or the stats of a weapon or armor. This is helpful if you have a five-star epic unit that you want to make better, or if you have an elite four-star player you are struggling with.
Another way to reroll an item is by using the rerolling tokens that are obtained through the completion of quests. They can be purchased from the Occultist at 300 gold, or found in holozons dropped by certain dungeons. You can reroll any weapon, armor, or ring simply by moving the icon on the page of your unit with the lock in the desired slot.
Sets
A set is a collection of items that have a certain amount of similarity. Sets are frequently used. For example, a dozen eggs or group of friends. They are useful because they let you organize things, and also operations such as intersection, union and difference can help you to manage them effectively. Sets are used in many different ways, from arranging music on a playlist to classifying students based on their grades.
In Nioh, the game uses sets to offer special effects to players when they wear certain pieces of an Armor Set. These bonuses, referred to Set Bonuses, are similar and sometimes superior to Effects. While it's not explained in the game's universe why the armor sets need to be worn together to produce these extra effects, they provide an interesting change of pace when playing the game. The armor sets with Set Bonuses are found in numerous locations around Hyrule like the Dark Moon Temple and Twilight Temple.
Set Bonuses are associated with each piece of equipment within the Set. The tooltip near the bottom of the item will inform you which Set Bonuses are available. Set Bonuses are presented in a box with a red border.
Certain Set Bonuses are specific to a specific piece of equipment. For instance, if you equip the full Phantom Armor set you will get +8 defense (compared to the standard +3 defense included in most gear). Other sets are only available through specific quests or purchasing them through the Auction House.
It is possible to earn Set Bonuses for several items of equipment simultaneously. For example, if you have the complete Kestra's Descent set and the parts that match from the Twinblade of Shadow you will get the + version of that set's bonus when you meet it.
Unlike Effects that change each time you upgrade them Set Bonuses stay the same even as the individual pieces of equipment they're connected to rise. However, if an item is exemplarized to levels that are not enough, the set bonus will cease working.
Set bonuses
Set bonuses are special effects that can be found on a gear set which can provide a boost in combat. They give a certain amount of a certain kind of stat, such as weapon damage, or defenses, or even resistances. However, they do not stack; only one will be active at any given time. The amount of a certain stat is determined by how many pieces of the set have been used, so you could have three chests and one armour, and four weapons, for instance, but only the one that has the highest bonus will be of benefit to you.
Generally, they boost the primary stats of a piece, however they also boost secondary stats also. Defence bonuses boost three defence positions and two kinds of defenses. For example, a five-piece Hundings Rage set will give you 400 defense in your gear. This is a large increase in your gear, especially as a melee character.

This is an extremely useful feature, and it appears to be among the most well-known features in the game. Currently only a few sets of gear come with set bonuses. They are only available on the Test Realm. However, this number is expected to increase once the update is made available. For instance, the extremely popular 7 school-specific Dragoon's gear will be getting its bonus added as soon as the update is live.
While Set Bonuses don't stack within a set, they do stack between sets. This is a great option for players who want to mix sets in the best possible way. It does require some planning. Set bonuses only affect the shell (not the armoring or mods) of an item of equipment, therefore you need to be careful when putting them in.
It is important to remember that the value of the set's bonus won't change even if your exemplar level is greater than three levels lower than the minimum level that is allowed for an enhancement. This rule does not apply to Purple (Very rare) Sets PvP Sets, PvP Sets or Archetype Origin Sets. Their set bonuses will function regardless of the exemplar level.
